Intro to Bouldering

ages 13+

This free 60-minute class introduces you to basic climbing techniques and bouldering safety. This class is included in the cost of your membership, punch pass, or day pass. After class, you can purchase a 2-week membership for $30 (same day only, only available for a one-time purchase).

Tuesdays + Thursdays: 7-8P
Sundays: 5P-6P

Walk-ins are welcome, but sign-ups are recommended to hold your space.

Beyond the Basics

ages 13+

Stuck in a rut? Chances are you’re already strong enough, you just need the tools to enhance your technique and skill. This class is designed for novice climbers ready to take it to the next level. Recommended for those projecting 4&5’s.

3-week sessions are offered on a quarterly basis.

Climb and Condition

ages 16+

Build strength, endurance, and body awareness with Climb and Condition. This drill-based class focuses on technique, footwork, and body positioning to help you move more efficiently and confidently. Each on-the-wall session combines skill development with conditioning designed to make you a stronger, more balanced climber, all in a supportive, upbeat environment that keeps training fun.

Mondays: 6-7P

Strength and Power for Climbers

ages 16+

Whether you are new to climbing, a skilled veteran, or have hit that inevitable "plateau" in your progression, Strength and Power for Climbers can enhance your perfomance focusing on explosive, dynamic movements while building functional strength in this 60 minute class. Along with the muscle groups used in our sport, this total-body program will target those often ignored antagonist muscles which helps to minimize imbalances and reduce injury risk. Must be 16 or older to participate.
