Pay for your membership with qualifying HSA/FSA funds through our partnership with Truemed. Truemed allows you to use your HSA & FSA toward reimbursing the cost of a Circuit membership and could save up to 30%*.

*Cost savings will depend on your tax brackets determined by your annual income. Reimbursement eligibility is determined by a Truemed administrator.

How HSA/FSA Works

1. Pay for your membership as you normally would.

2. Use the link above to take a brief Telehealth survey.

3. If you qualify, pay $20 for a licensed practitioner to review your survey and send your letter of Medical Necessity (LMN).

4. Submit your LMN and membership reciept to your HSA/FSA admin for reimbursement.

FAQ

• What is an HSA/FSA account?

  • They are accounts that let you set aside pre-tax money for eligible medical costs. Check with your employer or insurer if you’re unsure.

• How does using my HSA/FSA account save me money?

  • You use pre-tax dollars for health expenses, giving you more value. Rather than pay taxes on income and then spend it on health items, qualified customers can use pre-tax funds to invest in their health.

• What is Truemed?

  • Truemed partners with health and wellness brands to enable qualified customers to use pre-tax HSA/FSA funds on health and wellness purchases. Truemed partners with a network of medical practitioners who can issue Letters of Medical Necessity to qualifying customers, thereby allowing customers to spend pre-tax HSA/FSA funds on medically-necessary health and wellness products.

• Can I use my existing HSA/FSA card? And how long does reimbursement take?

  • You will use your credit card or debit card and then issue for reimbursement through Truemed. For most FSA/HSA administrators, your expenses will be approved within days when you submit your claim for reimbursement along with your receipt and a Letter of Medical Necessity. • Can I submit for reimbursement for past purchases?

  • While this depends on your specific HSA or FSA administrator’s policies, we advise that you only submit expenses incurred on or after the date listed on your Letter of Medical Necessity.

• Are there fees for Truemed? What if my reimbursement gets rejected?

  • Yes, a small fee at the end of the survey. If your reimbursement gets rejected email support@truemed.com and if it can’t be fixed, your Truemed fee will be refunded.
