Opened in 2005, The Circuit SW is the original Pacific Northwest bouldering gym. Our climbing gym is home to a full range of terrain, including a top-out boulder, and 225+ routes for climbers of all abilities. 25 new routes are available every Tuesday. Additionally, the gym features a full training area and a dedicated kids area.

We aim to keep our facilities safe for everyone and have rules we enforce to ensure the well-being of those in our gyms.
If we see you standing, climbing, or walking under another climber or running anywhere in our facility, we will remind you that these are unsafe and dangerous to both yourself and those climbing in the gym. Children 12 and under must be supervised by an adult.
WHAT IS BOULDERING?
Bouldering is a social, rapidly-growing style of rock climbing. Climbers do not use ropes or harnesses, but scale walls that are lower to the ground, which is protected by a thick, padded floor.
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
DO I NEED ANY SPECIAL EQUIPMENT?
We recommend climbing shoes, chalk, and a chalk bucket - however none are required. If you don't own any climbing gear, you can rent shoes and chalk at any of our locations. Athletic apparel that allows for full range of motion and a standard pair of tennis shoes or socks is always acceptable (we do not allow barefoot climbing).
DO I NEED TO KNOW HOW TO BELAY?
HOW TALL ARE THE WALLS?
Our walls range in height from 8-17 feet. We offer a variety of terrain to cater to all levels. To better simulate the experience of bouldering outside, many of our boulders have top-out terrain (climbers can climb on top of the boulder).
